ALL ABOUT NAGA PEACE ACCORD:
It is so tantalizing to read and write about this on account of it has almost 80 rounds of talks between predecessor prime ministers or ministers of India and all leaders of NSCN since 1918. In 1997, India succeeded in persuading NSCN (IM) to sign ceasefire agreement which had held on 25 July and came into effect on 1 August in the same year. This was merely a milestone in-front of  Naga Peace Accord. Inner details of this agreement are under process though Article 371 A subsidized special status to Nagaland. Contradiction between the state governments of Manipur, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh and central government is still exist but revamping the agreement is going on and will provide to us soon.
